The short version
- Home cleaners are $55 an hour and housekeepers $49 an hour, per person, with a 3-hour minimum. One-off visits are charged in full when you book.
- Cancel or reschedule free up to 4 hours before. Later than that, you get 50% back.
- Regular visits repeat until you pause or cancel them.
- We don’t provide childcare, pet care, elderly care, or cooking and food prep.
1. Our services
Home cleaning and housekeeping visits of 3 to 8 hours, with 1 to 10 people, in the areas we serve.
2. Booking
Bookings open from the next day, up to 7 days ahead, with starts at 8:00 AM, 11:30 AM or 3:00 PM.
3. Prices and payment
$55 an hour for a home cleaner and $49 an hour for a housekeeper, per person, with a 3-hour minimum. One-off visits are charged in full at booking. For regular visits, each later visit is charged to your saved card the day before it.
4. Regular visits
Weekly, bi-weekly or every 4 weeks, on the same day and time, until you pause or cancel.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Free up to 4 hours before the start time. Within 4 hours, 50% of the visit price is refunded.
6. Access to your home
You agree to provide safe access at the start time. Access codes are used only for your visit.
7. What’s not included
No childcare, pet care, elderly care, or cooking and food prep.
8. Errands
Housekeepers run errands on foot within about 1.2 miles (2 km), inside the visit. Pickups must be paid for ahead.
9. Your responsibilities
Housekeepers use your cleaning supplies, so please have them at home.
