- Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Access codes are stored encrypted and shown only to your assigned team, once they check in on the day.

- Contact details: name, email and mobile number
- Your address, home size, pets, and how we get in
- Booking details: service, frequency, dates and tasks
- Payment details, handled by Stripe
2. How we use it
To book, schedule and carry out your visits, take payment, send confirmations, and answer you.
3. Access codes
Stored encrypted. Shown only to the team assigned to your visit, once they check in on the day. Never included in emails.
